We collect the information needed to coordinate meetings and community participation. Public profile fields are shown only when you opt in. Contact details, accessibility notes, and organizer notes are kept private.
Participants can update their profile using the private edit link emailed after signup or request a replacement link. Site administrators and approved organizers may use contact information for meeting coordination, proposal review, RSVP updates, and community operations. We do not ask for passwords, payment data, government IDs, or other high-sensitivity data in Participants Database.
RSVP and meeting coordination data is retained only as long as it is useful for community operations and review. Backups may retain older data for a limited operational period.
